How long will it take to have my invitations made?
Once a design has been chosen, the production cycle to create your invitations will range from 8-10 weeks depending on the style of invitation.

Do you accept RUSH orders?
Additional charges may apply but please feel free to contact us for more information. 

Can I order a sample invitation before I make my selection?
To make your selection process easier, individual samples can be ordered. Prices will range from $5-10 each. Please email us for more information.

Can I customize the paper and color scheme of my invitation?
Yes, we have a wide range of paper samples for you to choose from! Please note that some of our specialty papers are imported items, so please check with us on availability before placing your order. Because the selection of Japanese washi paper and handmade mulberry paper varies greatly, we will be happy to work with you in selecting papers at the time of your order.

Are you able to customize a special design just for me?
We can mix and match elements from different designs, change the embellishments, or create an entirely new design that's perfect for you! Please visit our Client Gallery to view a sampling of custom work that we've done for past clients.

Can I meet with you to discuss my specific invitation needs?
We love meeting with clients in person and feel that one-on-one consultations are typically the best way to discuss all the options available to you. Our client meetings are normally held at The Wedding Cafe in Manoa Marketplace (2752 Woodlawn Drive, Suite 5-209, Honolulu, HI 96822). Google Map

Is there a minimum quantity required for my invitation order?
No, we accept orders of any size.

How do I figure out how many invitations to order?
Here
are a couple of general guidelines that you can follow: 1) take the total number of guests, divide that by two, then add 20-25, or 2) if your guest list is finalized, take the exact number of invitations needed and add 10%.

We always advise clients to request extra invitations with their initial order because we try not to keep an overstock of materials for each job. The extra invitations are not only a nice keepsake, but will come in handy if you need to make last minute additions to your guest list.

Do you require a deposit?
After an invitation design has been selected, a 50% deposit is required before production on the invitations can begin. The balance will be due upon delivery. Payment in the form of cash, personal checks and money orders is acceptable.

Do you also print programs, table cards, place cards, etc?
Yes, if you're interested in ordering additional printed pieces to coordinate with your invitations, we will be happy to work with you on this.

Can you design invitations for other types of events besides weddings?
Yes! We design invitations for birthdays, showers, corporate events, etc.
