HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE MY INVITATIONS MADE? Once a design has been chosen, the production cycle to create your invitations will range from 10-12 weeks depending on the style of invitation. Click here to view a suggested timeline for ordering your invitations. DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS? A minimum rush charge of $75.00 will apply to orders with a production time of 4 weeks or less. Please feel free to contact us for more information. IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED FOR MY INVITATION ORDER? We accept orders of any size, however there is a design charge for orders less than $300.00. CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE INVITATION BEFORE I MAKE MY SELECTION? To make your selection process easier, individual samples can be ordered. Prices start at $10 each and are limited to stock onhand (colors cannot be customized for samples). Please email us for more information. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? After an invitation design has been selected, a 50% deposit is required before design and production on the invitations can begin. The balance will be due before or upon delivery. Payment via cash, check or credit card (via PayPal) is accepted. HOW DO I FIGURE OUT HOW MANY INVITATIONS TO ORDER? First, remember that you're not ordering one invitation per person, but rather one invitation per couple or family. We typically advise clients to order about 10% extra to account for last-minute additions to your guest list (and it's a nice keepsake for yourself, too!). It's best to avoid having to reprint small quantities at a later date since this may incur additional costs and turnaround time can vary. |
